HOW TO CLEAN YOUR VAGINA -LADIES NEED TO KNOW

Many people feel paranoid about how they smell "down there" — you are not alone! The truth is, every person with a vagina has their own different scent, and if you have a sexual partner, your partner probably doesn't mind it a bit. At the same time, if you're feeling a little insecure, then it won't hurt to make sure that you're covering all of the bases when you wash your vaginal area. You deserve to feel clean and confident.

Ways to keep your vagina clean and fresh at all times

Wiping back to front

If you missed the memo, learn this practice right now. Why? Your vagina and butt both have bacteria living in them, all of which are important to the overall functioning of those areas, but separately. The bacteria in your vagina are not the same as the ones in your butt. You do not want to get butt bacteria in your pussy! It can cause all sorts of problems, which I'll get into below. The same goes for if you’re playing around in both of those areas sexually — assign a hand to each, or wash your hands.

Avoid scented soup

Avoid using soaps with heavy perfumes, or gels or antiseptics, which may throw off the        balance of healthy bacteria and irritate the sensitive skin around your vagina instead              you use an unscented soap to keep it fresh. Soap with scent can mess with your vagina.

Do not Douch

Douching is supposed to “clean out" your vaginal canal, but know that your pussy already does that on its own! All douches do is mess with the natural pH balance of your vagina, flushing out the good bacteria that live in there. whose job it is to maintain your vaginal health. All a douche will do is mask the scent and probably make matters way worse.

Tight Underwear

Avoid using a tight underwear so your vagina can breathe. You can help out by rocking cotton undies and avoiding anything super tight all up in your bits.

Stay clean during your period

Change your pad frequently according to the directions on the package. You atleast change your pad twice or thrice a day before going to bed.

Wash with Water

So if you're already in the shower, use your hand to gently clean the area with water and don't try scrubbing with a sponge. To me this is just the best way to avoid infection and smelling.
